Ingredients: 100% dried Laminar Kombu for broths. May contain traces of crustaceans, fish and / or mollucs. Cooking mode: for 3 cups 600ml Kombu dashi. Lightly wipe the laminade of about 5x7cm, with a towel. Place in a saucepan filled with 3.5 cups (700ml) of water and leave for 6-8 hours. Simmer over low heat, and remove the laminaria just before boiling. Store away from the sun in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container and consume within 1 month.
