Allergens: fish.

Preparation instruction for udon noodles: dilute 8g (about 2 teaspoons) of stock powder with 1000ml of hot water for 4 servings. Add soy sauce and/or condiment of your choice. For miso soup: dilute 4g (about 1 teaspoon) of stock powder with 600ml of water for 4 servings.
