E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Put :

You will be in charge of the following missions :

• Order preparation e-commerce
  • Prepare products for orders
  • Package products and prepare package for shipping
  • Proceed to sending packages: edit the transport voucher
  • Track parcel shipping
  • Update order statuses
• Service management: reply to customer messages, return packages, make refunds etc.
• Stock management: update the stock of products on the website
• Site content management and animation www.thanh-binh.fr : product sheets and descriptions, new products, order management etc..
• Participation in SEO Optimization (Search Engine Optimization- natural referencing), emailing.
• Management of social networks : edit the content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Writing the kitchen blog: edit cooking recipes
• Tracking order management on marketplaces

• Other: enter the invoice, check the transport invoice, the accounting summary...

Full-time fixed-term or fixed-term position

Wanted profile :

• Interest in e-commerce and Asian products.
• Organized, efficient and versatile, know how to manage priorities.
• Have team spirit and have good contact with customers
• Very good level in Vietnamese and French required.
• Software knowledge: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), EBP, Prestashop
• Bac + 3 to Bac + 5 E-commerce or Web-Marketing training
