Can I return or exchange a product ?

Food products can only be returned or exchanged if they have been received damaged. From the reception of the package, you have 7 days to report the problem and 14 days to return the package.

In the case of a non-food product, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product provided that the goods are in their original condition, i.e. unused and in its original undamaged packaging with all accessories, parts and manuals originally supplied.

The refund of the product will be made when it is returned to our company.

Exchanges are not possible unless the package is damaged.
