Sticky rice balls with a runny center and salted egg flavor

Ingredient(s): Glutinous rice flour 38% (non EU), water, refined palm oil, sugar, egg powder mix (egg, maltodextrin (palm fat, palm oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate (milk)), yeast extract, cream powder (milk proteins, maltodextrin, lactose (milk), wheat, palm fat, palm oil, stabiliser (E332ii), acidity regulator (E270), emulsifier (E471)), flavouring, colours (E100, E160c)), cream flavour (modified corn starch, salt, vanilla flavouring, turmeric extract, paprika extract), refined canola oil, purple sweet potato, modified corn starch, modified starches (corn, tapioca), wheat flour, salt. May contain traces of: peanuts, sesame and lupin.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 802 kj/191 kcal; Fat 7.1 g of which saturated fatty acids 4.3 g; Carbohydrates 29.6 g of which sugars 8 g; Dietary fiber 2.8 g; Protein 1.9 g; Salt 0.03 g.

Preparation tips: 1. Without defrosting beforehand, immerse the rice balls in boiling water. Stir well to prevent the balls from sticking together. 2. Cook over high heat for 4 minutes. When the balls rise to the surface, reduce the heat and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 3. Serve with a sweet soup or as is for dessert.

Store at -18°C. Never refreeze a defrosted product.
