Ingredients: 1/2 block of tofu, 10g dried seaweed, 1/4 broccoli, mixed vegetables, salad dressing
1. Cut the tofu into 4 pieces. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Cut the broccoli into pieces, blanch them in boiling water. Drain the seaweed.
3. Rinse and drain the vegetables.
4. On a plate, arrange the salad with the tofu, seaweed, broccoli and vegetables.
