GYOZA-Japanese ravioli stuffed with shrimp and colored with beetroot powder. Ingredient(s): Peeled shrimp 27% (Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp 21%, water, salt, stabilizers: E451, E452), vegetables (cabbage, carrot, wheat flour, water, potato starch, rapeseed oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), sesame oil, sugar, salt, egg white powder, wheat gluten, beetroot powder 0.1%, ginger powder, black pepper, yeast extract. Shrimp from non-EU origin. Allergens: May also contain soy, celery.

Average values per 100 g: energy 674 kJ/160 kcal, fat 4.8 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.5 g), carbohydrates 22 g (of which sugars 29 g), dietary fibre 1.5 g, protein 6.2 g, salt 0.72 g.

Storage: Keep frozen, store at or below -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

For best results, cook from frozen.

In a frying pan: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the frozen product, pour 4 tablespoons of water (about 60 ml) into the pan. Cover the pan and boil for 4 minutes. Remove the lid and boil again for 1 minute until the water evaporates.

In the fryer: Fry at 170°C-180°C for about 3 and a half minutes.

In a saucepan: Boil for 4 and a half minutes over low heat.

Steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
