Yuzu and lemon ice cream, wrapped in a sticky rice cake, frozen.

Ingredients: Ice cream (67%) (water, sugar, lemon juice, glucose syrup, yuzu juice 3%, invert sugar syrup, palm oil, emulsifiers: E471, E472b and E477, antioxidant E307, acidifier E330, thickeners E412, salt. Rice paste 33% (water, sugar, glutinous rice flour, trehalose starch, cocoa powder).

May contain traces of gluten, soy, peanuts and nuts. Trehalose is a source of glucose. We recommend taking them out of the freezer a few minutes before enjoying them. Keep in the freezer for a few minutes before enjoying them.

Store in the freezer below -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
