Ingredients: 30ml of oil, 100g of young corn cobs cut into slices, 100g of diced cucumbers, 100g of diced tomatoes, 100g of diced onions, 150ml of spicy pineapple sauce for exotic wok, 30g of sliced spring onions. Directions for use: Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the shrimp and fry for 30 seconds. Add the sauce, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour into a dish and garnish with the spring onions. Serve hot with jasmine rice or spaghetti."
