These very thin, white Japanese noodles are made from wheat flour, salt and water. To cook, simply gradually immerse them in boiling water and cook them uncovered for about 3 minutes. Once cooked, drain them well, then rinse them with cold water and drain them again.

Store away from moisture and sunlight in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container and consume promptly.
