ASSISTANT(E) E-COMMERCE

Missions :

You will be in charge of the following missions :

• Preparing the orders e-commerce
  • To prepare the products of the orders
  • Pack the products and prepare the package for shipping
  • Proceed to send the packages : edit the travel voucher
  • Follow the delivery of packages
  • Update the status of the order
• Management after-sales SERVICE: respond to email messages from customers, parcel return, make payments etc
• Stock management : to update the stock of products on the website
• Management and animation of the content of the site www.thanh-binh.fr : sheets and descriptive product, new products, order management etc..
• Participation in the Optimization of SEO (Search Engine Optimization- seo), emailing.
• Management of social networks : edit the content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Writing the food blog : edit recipes
• Monitoring the management of the orders on the marketplaces

• Other: enter the invoice, check the invoice of transport, and the synthesis of accounting...

Post CDD or CDI full-time

Desired profile :

• Interest for e-commerce, and the asian products.
• Organized, efficient, and versatile, learn to manage priorities.
• Have team spirit and have a good contact with customers
• Very good level in language, Vietnamese and French required.
• Software knowledge: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), EBP, Prestashop
• Bac+3 to Bac+5 Training E-commerce or Web-Marketing
